DIRECTORS
JOHN GREGORY
Born in Sydney, Australia in 1964, John comes from a family of engineers. At an early age John was eager to build things and make machines better or more efficient.
It was a logical step for John to move toward an engineering career. John studied Mechanical & Electronics Engineering at a range of education centre’s including The University of Newcastle and Tafe Newcastle, and The University of Arizona Pima College, while working for a newly formed Newcastle company – Banlaw Pty Ltd. He has more than 38 years experience in refuelling systems, design and project management.
John has been involved in many projects over the decades in mining as well as the rail and port industries. John has also been involved with electronics and automation control for hydrocarbons handling, water management and electrical power optimisation. Some of Johns notable achievements is the pioneer designer and manufacture of Banlaw refuelling systems such as fuel guns vents and fuel management system. He was also a Principle and contributed to the design of the AdaptFMS Fuel Management System. John’s latest achievements in collaboration with Roman and the C2G team is the design of the C2G overfill protection system, the C2GEMS Energy Management System and Tank Level Systems.
His skill set ranges from mechanical engineering design, electronics design and manufacturing of instrumentation and reporting systems.

ROMAN RZECHOWICZ
Born in Newcastle, Australia in 1962, Roman has had a deep need to know how and why things work from an early age and considers himself fortunate to be born into the start of the computer revolution which has swiftly and surely evolved into the communications and ‘connectedness’ revolutions.
Following his early interest in amateur radio and electronics from primary school days, Roman studied Electrical Engineering at The University of Newcastle while working for computer and then industrial automation companies. He has more than 35 years experience in industrial automation and process control, computer systems, programming and communications.
Roman has been involved in many projects over the decades in coal handling, processing and mining as well as the steel, aluminium and food manufacturing industries. This ranges from water and coal stockpile management, environmental monitoring, coal washery process control, dragline and shovel control systems, fuel farm automation and management.
His skill set ranges from electronics design and manufacturing of instrumentation as well as PLC, HMI and SCADA configuration, networking and advanced programming through to database and reporting systems.
